Composition: Pure oak sawdust from the flooring industry.
Ideal for: Providing a good hot base to your fire for around two to three hours.
Characteristics: The shape has been designed to allow a good flow of oxygen through the fire. They provide a steady flame and intense heat.
How to use: Suitable for replacement log burn or for starting. To start, place two RUF Oak in an open 'V' with three or four Starter Cobs, Hardwood Cobs or Kindling Discs and a firelighter in the middle; light the firelighter and place one Pini-kay, or half an Aspen, or half a Turbo Hard across the top. With Aspen on top it will give a good flame for an hour or so, and lots of heat for another half hour or so. With a Turbo Hard on top it will give a good flame for a couple of hours and plenty of heat for another hour.
Please note: Store in a dry place. Do not overload your firebox.
